Would you like to play a central role in this growth process? We are looking for a Customer Project Manager to join our team! 

• Developing and managing customer and research projects with leading clinics, medical companies and other business partners.

• Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and the clinical application of our products.

• Leading the communication and coordination of customer projects and being the link between the customer and our product teams.

• Supporting all sales activities, from first contact to executing deals.

• Management of customer accounts and acting as customer’s first contact. 

• Developing long term relationships with customers and research partners.

• Supporting product management in the strategic development of our product portfolio based on the knowledge gained from specific customer projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related (Master's degree preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with “getting things done” mentality.

• Ability to cope with new / unexpected things and learn fast.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful projects.

• Experience in the medical field is a plus.
