Data Analyst II
Working as a member of our business analytics team, you will be in charge of harnessing our site analytics platforms and tools to deliver actionable insights to our marketing stakeholders. You will own our tracking & reporting of the digital media & SEO verticals, and will coordinate cross-functionally to make sure that our data collection practices are sufficient to our needs.
What you'll do:
- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of SEO strategies, keyword performance, and organic search traffic to optimize website visibility.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain user-friendly and informative dashboards, reports, and presentations in order to enable day-to-day and strategic data-driven decision making.
- Foster a relationship of trust and cooperation with the stakeholders, creating an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- Best analytical mind in town - Proficient in interpreting complex datasets, extracting valuable insights for informed decision-making. Skilled in identifying patterns and translating business questions into effective analytical solutions. Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset and stays current with evolving data analysis methodologies.
- 1-2 years of experience as a data analyst. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and/or SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahref) - an advantage.
- A sense of ownership - capable of independently initiating and driving projects from beginning to end.
- Collaborative team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of conveying analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High proficiency in SQL is a must.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Science/Data Systems Management, or equivalent background.
