We are looking for a Data Maintenance Intern to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. As a part of RevOps team, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of Syncron’s data assets. You will play a critical role in managing, organizing, and updating Salesforce to guarantee that information is readily accessible and usable for various departments within the organization.

You will work together with colleagues from different time zones (no worries, though: you will work in regular Polish business hours).

It's a paid internship collaboration based on civil contract, with the possibility to work remotely.

• Accurately input, update and verify data within Salesforce ensuring that all information is current and error free
• Regularly monitor and maintain Salesforce data
• Using available tools, identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data, such as duplicate records, missing information, or outdated entries
• Run weekly Salesforce backups and save to One Drive
• Process lists from events and other sources per established process

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and open-minded approach
• Fluency in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proven experience in data management, data entry or related roles
• Knowledge of and/or past use of Salesforce and RingLead
• Knowledge of business structure and hierarchy
• Familiarity with data protection and security regulations, including GDPRand other relevant data privacy laws
