Dealer Development Manager - BeNeLux and DACH

We are now seeking two ambitious individuals to join our team as a Dealer Development Manager, mainly focusing on the BeNeLux and DACH regions.
About the role
As a Dealer Development Manager, you will be a crucial member of our European sales team, spearheading the expansion of our dealer network through proactive engagement and relationship building. This role is uniquely positioned to spend most of the work time on the road, utilizing a van for physical meetings, test rides, and dealer visits. Picture yourself at the intersection of strategy and execution, crafting collaborations that go beyond transactions.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to identify, approach, and sign new dealerships within the BeNeLux or DACH regions. You will need to utilize market insights and firsthand interactions to tailor acquisition strategies for maximum effectiveness.
You will report into our Sales Manager responsible for our European markets expansion and the roles are flexible based in the BeNeLux or DACH region. This is a key role in the continued growth of our company. Your work will include and is not limited to:
Conduct physical meetings with potential and existing dealers to showcase our electric bikes and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing dealers, emphasizing the personal touch of in-person interactions
Facilitate test rides to showcase the features and benefits of our electric bikes, creating memorable experiences for potential partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for signed dealers, offering ongoing support, guidance, and addressing any concerns promptly
Monitor dealer performance, providing necessary training and resources to ensure success
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies tailored to the region's unique needs
Provide hands-on training to dealers, focusing on product knowledge and effective sales techniques
Who are you?
Qualifications
Proven experience in dealer network development, with a focus on face-to-face engagement
Exceptional negotiation and sales skills with a demonstrable track record of successful deal closures
Willingness to travel on the road (by driving a van) extensively within the BeNeLux or DACH regions
Familiarity with motor bikes or similar products and having an existing dealers network based is advantageous
