rag & bone’s Summer 2024 internship program is unpaid and for college credit only.  

We pride ourselves on offering an exciting and educational internship experience to participants, and value the contribution those new to the industry can bring. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world work experience, learn how varying departments interface and develop foundational skills to help you enter the fashion world after you graduate. 

Must be able to be on-site in NYC headquarters located in Meatpacking.  

Overview: rag & bone is currently seeking a denim design intern for the summer of 2024.  If you're interested in a career in fashion this is an ideal way to gain experience and knowledge as well as an excellent opportunity to be a part of a great company and work with a team of passionate, dynamic, hardworking, and inspiring individuals.   

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with general design process from conception of ideal to final sample  
• Assist with creating and updating flats and sketches  
• Help maintain calendar and spreadsheets  
• Participate in fittings when necessary  
• Create inspiration boards and conduct trend research  
• Assist with errands and administrative tasks as needed 

Required Skills:  

• Current student or recent graduate of design program   
• Proficient in photo-shop and illustrator   
• Knowledge of denim a plus but not necessary  
• Passion for rag & bone brand and understanding of aesthetic  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills  
• Desire to learn about design process from sketch to production  
• Previous internship experience a plus
