About the roleSyncron is seeking a Director of Corporate Marketing to spearhead our marketing strategies, including brand development, PR, content creation, social media campaigns, and website optimization. With a passion for brand storytelling and market positioning, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate communications and content creation to drive brand awareness and position Syncron as thought leader in the market. Moreover, the candidate will work closely with the field marketing and demand generation team to make sure consistent messaging will be developed throughout all the campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
What would you do?- Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and refine Syncron's brand strategy and positioning in alignment with our business objectives. Articulate a clear value proposition that differentiates us in the market.
- Brand and Visual Identity Management: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels. Collaborate with creative teams to align visual assets with brand standards.
- Content Marketing Excellence: Create compelling thought leadership and inbound marketing content to support the buyer's journey. Oversee content for; social media, web assets, and campaigns, in conjunction with the demand generation team, ensuring brand consistency.
- 15+ years of experience in brand marketing, PR, content marketing, social media, website development and optimizations (SEO), with a history of successful brand strategy execution.
- Proven track record of delivering global marketing activities within SaaS a organisation
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategy development and tactics, market dynamics, and brand principles.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience of working within a Service Lifecycle Management environment
