You are an accomplished Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations developer seeking to elevate your career by leveraging your technical expertise and the latest and most advanced cloud technologies in Dynamics 365 and Azure. This job is for you.

About the job

As the Dynamics 365 and Azure Lead Application Developer at rag & bone, your goal is to support the development team in successfully completing each sprint by clearing out any technical impediments. To accomplish this, you collaborate closely with others rag & bone IT team members before the sprints to understand and design the roadmap items. Leading by example, you guide Dynamics 365 and Azure developers to timely deliver the user stories and are not hesitant to code too. Your dedication to code quality, reusability, and performance reflects your belief that agile development is crucial for delivering value.

As a member of the IT leadership team, you report to the rag & bone CTO/CIO and your voice shapes the rag & bone IT strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the product owners, Dynamics 365 business analysts, and the rag & bone CTO/CIO to understand the business initiatives and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Support Dynamics 365 and Azure developers in efficiently coding the user stories.
• Ensure that developers use best practices through systematic code review.
• Code user stories when required.
• Manage the quarterly Dynamics 365 upgrade with our QA team.
• Assist with debugging production issues.
• Contribute to the rag & bone IT strategy by identifying the necessary human and financial resources to successfully deliver the roadmap items.
• Contribute to budget elaboration, update, and follow actual costs.

Requirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)

• • Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and coding AX customizations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O extensions.
  • Experience with the development of ODATA and JSON-based service endpoints in D365 F&O.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O data model and the ability to write SQL statements to analyze Dynamics 365 F&O data.
  • 5 years of experience in designing Azure serverless solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, code branching, and SDLC best practices.
  • Experience with authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Experience writing technical specifications documents for Dynamics 365 F&O extensions and Azure serverless developments.
  • Experience writing API specifications using OpenAPI 3.0
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing technical matters in simple terms, avoiding technical jargons to other IT team members and rag & bone senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile development environment.

Other qualifications and experiences that would be a plus.

• Retail and Fashion industry professional experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce and Store Commerce App
• Experience in EDI systems (X12 ANSI) and integrating EDI systems with Dynamics 365
• Experience in integrating eCommerce and eConcession sites with Dynamics 365
• Experience in recruiting Dynamics 365 Developers

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000 based on experience and qualifications.
