About the role
  • You will manage daily stand-ups with NetSuite administrators and developers across locations and timezones
  • You will bring to execution prioritized projects identified in enterprise technology roadmap from strategic perspectives and manage active backlog grooming amongst multiple teams.
  • You will promote career development of 2 internal direct reports and manage sourcing relationships with third-party vendors in augmenting offshore support across locations and timezones
  • You will develop, reporting and improve team metrics in application support, problem resolution, escalation, and root cause analysis for bugs reported and progress made on committed project milestone progress with multiple teams

In the role of Enterprise Technology Manager, NetSuite, you will report to the Director, Enterprise Engineering.

About You
  • You have over 3 years of experience building a high performing enterprise technology team of senior engineers across locations and timezones.
  • You have over 8 years of functional experience in automating Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report business cycles and how NetSuite is integrated with upstream or downstream applications in end-to-end business processes.  Knowledge of tiles, rights and royalty reporting processes is a plus.
  • You have experience working with NetSuite ERP, Concur, Adaptive and Avalara with at least 3 plus years of experience supporting these applications.
  • You have experience with procurement and contract management systems such as Coupa and SirionLabs.
  • You have in-depth working knowledge of SuiteCloud, SuiteScripts, and SuiteFlows for configuring and customizing NetSuite
  • You have active certifications including NetSuite administrator and developer
  • You have knowledge of integration technologies such as Mulesoft used to integrate varied SaaS and appreciation for exception handling controls 
  • You have experience working in a complex, global environment and managing local and remote teams
