This opportunity will be with Tools for Humanity.  About the Opportunity:

In this role you will own, project manage, and execute multiple event workstreams to share and grow Worldcoin across communities globally. You will work hyper-collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and partners, and most importantly, be resourceful in getting things done at a very high creative standard. You are someone who is naturally organized, takes extreme ownership, is passionate about creating innovative and engaging events, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

About You:
  • Ability to travel internationally roughly 20-45% of the time (varies depending on time of year)
  • 4+ years of proven experience as an event marketing manager or similar role running both virtual and in-person events
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Thrive in independent roles and taking extreme ownership
  • Willingness to execute across all aspects of the event process including branding, printing/production of materials, lead generation, marketing / communications, partnerships, and reporting
  • Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing event budgets of various ranges
  • Proficiency in project management software is a bonus
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is a bonus but not mandatory

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $115,000 - $140,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
