Join Collibra’s Product team as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer

Make an impact at Collibra by supporting our Chief Product Officer and being the guiding force behind our product initiatives and executive operations. As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer, you will ensure the seamless execution of strategic tasks and contribute to Collibra's growth and vision.  

Executive Assistants II are responsible for
  • Extensive scheduling, monitoring, and prioritizing of the day-to-day incoming communication and requests for time
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule all meetings: 1:1 and group meetings; balancing executive meetings, All-hands, QBR’s, Action Planning, and Board Meetings; toggling to monitor and anticipate scheduling conflicts; own the Tech planning calendar: quarterly offsite and ongoing pipeline regroups
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking notes/action items, following up when necessary
  • Regular offsite planning for the Executive and leadership teams, including all administrative details- hotel room blocks, catering, room reservations, dinners, team building, etc.
  • Expense and budget reconciliation monthly, as well as monthly overall department for executive functions as needed
  • Arrange all domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and create detailed itineraries
  • Inbox management and labeling, assuring executive(s) is aware of pressing items and communications 
  • Ghost-writing and proofreading when needed 
  • Collaborating with leadership members from various time zones and locations- CET, GMT, EDT, MT, PDT
  • Approval of all travel and expenses for direct reports on behalf of the executive(s)
  • Some light scheduling and coordination of ad hoc personal requests
You have
  • 5-8 years minimum experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting a senior executive; preferably within a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrated ability in high volume of calendar, travel, and meeting planning experience required
  •  Excellent Mac skills & superior proficiency in Google Calendar; experience in Google Suite and Navan preferred
  •  Experience with budget tracking a plus and expense management software is a plus
  •  Experience working across multiple time zones preferred 
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

  • Able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and successfully
  • One who thinks ahead and anticipates needs -- from the most mundane to the most complicated- and possess strong project management skills. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dig in - no task is too small
  • A trusted partner who can adhere to confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • Flexible to travel for quarterly offsites in US & EMEA a plus, but not required
  • A skilled written and oral communicator who can maintain a warm and professional demeanor
Measures of success
  • Within your first three months, you will understand and be comfortable presenting Collibra’s Data Intelligence message to prospects and engaging with your customers  to identify value aligned to key mission initiatives
  • Within your third month, you will be closing existing  pipeline opportunities while also building out your own pipeline, having mapped key prospect initiatives and programs to a pursuit and engagement plan within your overall account plan
  • Within your first six months, you will be landing key beachheads within priority target accounts and establishing trusted relationships with key governance, analytics and data management executives within your defined territory 
Compensation for This Role

The standard base salary range for this position is [96,000] - [110,000] per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
