Role:  Executive Assistant to CCO

Location:  London, England, United Kingdom 

 

About the role: 

As the EA to our CCO, you'll play a crucial role in propelling our brand and creative initiatives to new heights. You will be pivotal in managing administrative and creative coordination tasks, supporting the Global CCO in leading creative projects across the business. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, organized in nature, and has a passion for creative management, within a globally recognized B2B event sector.

What you will be doing: 
  • Administrative Support for Global CCO:
    • Manage extensive diary, emails, and expenses for the Global CCO.
    • Coordinate regional and global travel, room bookings, and holiday schedules.
    • Provide email management, ensuring priority communications are flagged.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Arrange accommodations and travel logistics for the Global CCO and clients for major events like Cannes.
    • Organize Global Creative Council meetings and liaise on awards judging panels, including travel and communications.
  • Creative Coordination:
    • Manage and coordinate U-Studio awards across global regions, ensuring entries are collected and shortlisted.
    • Coordinate regular regional and global creative reviews, gathering insights and summarizing creative outputs.
  • Meeting and Communications Management:
    • Oversee weekly and quarterly meetings for various leadership teams, ensuring agendas, actions, and updates are precisely coordinated.
    • Draft global communications from the Global CCO regarding awards, creative reviews, and other essential initiatives.
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
What you need to be great in this role: 
  • A detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both high-level administrative and creative tasks.
  • Proficient in managing agendas, emails, and coordinating complex travel arrangements.
  • Experience in event planning and creative management, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of drafting comprehensive internal and external communications.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different teams and regions.
  • Experience or strong interest in the creative industry; familiarity with global operations is a plus.
  • Keen to support a global creative function, implementing tasks that enhance our creative output and operational success.
