About the role:

We are now looking for a creative and talented Sourcer to join the newly formed Executive Hiring team.

Reporting into the Executive Hiring Lead, you’ll develop new strategies to find top talent for live searches and, with one eye always on the horizon, you’ll be engaging and building relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities too.

You’ll be keeping an eye on market trends, bringing in-depth credible knowledge and research to every process. You’ll work closely with our leaders to establish business needs and to proactively source, finding the best of the best and introducing them to Monzo.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deep diving into the talent market, creating thorough market maps and bringing creativity in approach
  • Working closely with the Exec Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand what’s needed for each role
  • Leverage your knowledge of the talent market to recommend the most effective search strategy
  • Champion diversity and inclusivity, always making sure we have diverse candidate pipelines
  • Build a network of top talent for future opportunities
  • Recommend and drive improvements and build and share knowledge with the broader team
  • Contribute and lead on broader Executive Hiring projects

You should apply if:

  • You have experience sourcing for senior leadership with an ability to work across a range of business areas
  • You have hands-on experience with a variety of sourcing techniques
  • You care deeply about diversity, inclusiveness and giving candidates an amazing and welcoming experience
  • You’ve worked as a Sourcer or Researcher within an Executive Search Firm environment, experienced with candidate generation, research techniques and approaching passive senior talent
  • You bring a creative, methodical and structured approach to talent sourcing, finding candidates from a range of experiences, leaving no stone unturned
  • You’re confident in challenging thinking, asking the right questions and are always driving and iterating for improvement. You use data to drive effectiveness and share your findings to always strive for better
  • You’re passionate about delivering incredible candidate and hiring manager experiences, communicating clearly, consistently and effectively
  • It would also be great if you have worked in-house, supporting senior stakeholders in a high-growth business and have an understanding of senior hiring within financial services and/or technology
