Huge is seeking a Sourcer. In this role, the Sourcer will be responsible for building a global talent funnel across our diverse market landscapes for each of our crafts. The Sourcer will have in-depth knowledge of how to identify the best talent and create strategies that attract them. In partnership with our greater Talent Acquisition team, we will continue to scour the globe for the top 1% talent.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Create innovative ways to attract top talent through creative outreach campaigns.

  • Experience collecting and synthesizing talent market data.

  • Remain up to date on job market news, trends and latest "job seeker" technologies.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.

  • Screen resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications.

  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.

  • Participate in job fairs and other events to promote the company’s brand.

  • Stay up-to-date on current trends in the tech industry and best practices in recruiting.

  • Create & maintain healthy candidate pipelines with diverse set of talent for current and future needs.

  • Strategically partner with the Talent Acquisition team in order to understand the hiring needs.  

  • Hunt and gather candidates in both traditional and unique ways.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience to each and every person who engages with Huge.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to identify the best strategy to sourcing/hiring the best talent.

  • Serious search and sourcing skills.

What we’d like to see.

  • 3+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced, creative, high energy environment.  

  • Creative sourcing experience with a lean into User Experience and Visual Design.

  • +1 year of international sourcing experience, supporting multiple countries and regions.

  • Strong full cycle sourcing skill set – sourcing, basic assessments, relationship building, networking, negotiation, etc.

  • Genuine interest in people – their experiences, goals, stories, and motivations.

  • A great attitude - We take attitude seriously around here. We want someone who is approachable, thoughtful, and enthusiastic to pitch in.

  • Fluent in English.
