Financial Analyst
Intelex is looking for a Financial Analyst for its global EHS software business! Financial Analyst will work with the Financial Reporting Team. Responsibilities and Deliverables:- Prepare various balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
- Prepare revenue reconciliations and related journal entries.
- Prepare various month end journal entries related to Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (revaluation + reclass entries), lease expenses, depreciation, intercompany expenses, foreign currency revaluations.
- Compile parent company reporting deliverables (revenue + other P/L statistics files).
- Provide support in production of monthly & annual consolidated financial documents.
- Provided support in tax submissions (Sales tax, corporate tax) and coordinate with the tax team on related matters.
- Coordinate with internal audits and control compliances.
- Handle other tasks as required.
- Reports to the Controller.
- Collaborate with local Finance team members.
- Coordinate with teams from other group operating companies and corporate headquarter.
- Strong financial skill and analytical ability.
- Attention to details with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of major ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross functionally.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in an audit or accounting/finance role.
- Good to have experience in public company reporting environment.
