Front desk Coordinator (m/f/x)
As a Front Desk Coordinator you will have the exciting opportunity on a two year contract to be the face of HelloFresh and be part of our Workplace team, you’ll join a customer-facing People function. As the face of the company, you will be the go-to person for our international employee community in our Berlin office. During your two years you will learn the ins and outs of the company with learning opportunities and potential for internal mobility opportunities.
What you’ll do- First Point of Contact: Represent HelloFresh as the welcoming face at the front desk. Be the first point of contact and information source for visitors, interview candidates, and employees.
- Visitor Management: Greet visitors, ensure they sign in, and notify the appropriate employee of their arrival.
- Employee Support: Collaborate with our Workplace Operations team to enhance the employee experience. Issue badges and ensure a great first day experience for new hires.
- Shipping and Receiving: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages for HelloFresh Berlin Campus employees, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Security Support: Support our security efforts by monitoring and controlling access to the office space, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Front Desk Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve front desk processes and organization, striving to make our front desk a first-class operation.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, meeting room management, and coordinating office supplies.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in a dynamic and fast-growing company is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with a minimum of B1 German skills.
- Organizational Talent: Exceptional organizational skills, a structured work style, and the ability to prioritize tasks even under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
