FTC Senior Growth Marketing Manager
About The Team:
Green Chef is on the hunt for a highly motivated, strategic and performance-oriented Senior Growth Manager to join us for a 12 month maternity cover. You will support in shaping our growth within the UK and disrupting the healthy eating space for the better.
As a Senior Growth Manager, you will own the development of our marketing channels and growth strategy by leveraging your strong business acumen, extensive experience in performance marketing combined with an ease of communication with diverse stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing:
Reporting into the Director of Growth, your overall responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development of the growth marketing for Green Chef; ensuring all channel investment and initiatives have clear goals that ladder up to the overall business plan and strategy
- Own the end to end marketing budgeting cycles QoQ, working closely with local and international stakeholders, providing guidance and consolidating input and ensuring that the final budget outcome maximizes potential marketing value and aligns with overall business plan expectation
- Liase with Local/Global marketing teams on day-to-day campaign management and execution (including Online/Offline growth channels, CRM, Referral) to meet overall business objectives
- Collaborate with local brand teams to inform Green Chefs brand strategy, positioning and campaigns
- Work closely with Growth Analyst to monitor weekly & ongoing performance, for forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with Operations
- Monitor and report overall marketing performance against the business plan, understanding and sharing the root causes of either underperformance or overperformance, and putting in place actions on the back of budget deviations, when needed
- Optimize the profitability of your campaigns through tests, tactical adjustments and strategic initiatives
- Drive the long-term strategy of marketing channels: budget adjustments, targeting, conversion funnel and discount strategy
Who You Are:
- Performance-driven and goal-oriented professional with extensive mixed marketing experience in online, offline performance, analytics and familiarity with CRM & Referral channels
- Confident and structured communicator to the wider business and C-suite, who is able to showcase the value and impact of Marketing, within a data-driven and tech-focused culture
- Someone who understands how to leverage customer insight as a springboard for marketing initiatives and actions to unlock growth
- Experienced in developing local marketing within a Global framework
- Structured and methodical in your approach to work while being comfortable with ambiguity
- Analytical and critical thinking combined with good presentation and communication skills able to summarise complex concepts into a digestible format
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Interest in the mealkit sector and other comparable sector

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times
