Come be a part of Pure’s Global Partner Marketing Organization (GPMO)! Pure Storage’s GPMO has a team that manages the marketing relationships at our largest partners across the globe. We are looking for a seasoned marketer who has experience supporting strategic global marketing relationships and building plans with Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Partners.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • Be responsible for creating the global marketing strategy for our GSI route to market
  • Build and maintain marketing relationships at our top 5 Global GSIs
  • Develop joint marketing plans that market to, with and through the focus Partners to drive relevance and mindshare, pipeline and bookings
  • Design and implement tailored ABM strategies for high-value target accounts, as well as to market in to the GSIs
  • Monitor progress and measure results of all key marketing campaigns conducted through regular pipeline inspection and opportunity deal tracking
  • Forecast and manage a global marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources in appropriate theaters to achieve maximum ROI
  • Drive business outcomes through solution-oriented marketing / bridge a connection to Alliance relationships that strengthen joint GTM messaging
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams at Pure to promote GSI partner strengths; interlock with field marketing for activity execution and scale
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for your partners, including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 5+ years marketing experience working with GSI Partners
  • Demonstrated success building strategic marketing plans that include robust, integrated campaigns that market to, with and through GSI Partners
  • Experience with ABM tools and methodologies
  • Expertise in Enterprise marketing, and best practices to measure and grow the business
  • Ability to balance and strengthen Pure’s brand to drive Partner and Customer engagement, as well as ensure joint marketing strategy with partners aligns and amplifies the Pure marketing priorities globally
  • Knowledge of how GSIs can power industry verticals. Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically
  • Global mindset and ability to build partnerships across sales and marketing in all theaters
  • Strong communication, budget planning, and analytical skills: ability to evangelize strategic plans, make smart investments, analyze data and derive actionable insights for growth and scalability
  • Experience leveraging Smartsheets and Salesforce to track campaigns
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, based on current guidelines and restrictions

You will be based in one of our US office locations (Santa Clara, CA; Chicago, IL; or New York City, NY). As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $130,000 - $218,000.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
