Elastic seeks a dynamic Global Partner Marketing Programs and Communications Specialist to drive our partner marketing initiatives. In this fast-paced role, you will craft and implement compelling campaigns that amplify our partner ecosystem. With your strategic mindset and creative flair, you will develop innovative programs that cultivate strong relationships with our valued partners and fuel our mutual growth. This specialist will help build content to drive awareness and curiosity about Elastic with and for the Partner community. You will build and deliver coordinated campaigns that encompass the entire marketing mix and span across the Partner Marketing organization. You will bring both the ability to lead coordinated projects and handle vendor relationships, while rolling up your sleeves to brainstorm and deliver new storytelling formats.

What you get to do in this role:

Build within a Partner Marketing Department: As the communications coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the creation of promotional materials to build and develop a strong brand identity across various areas. Your responsibilities will include developing partner-focused content and collateral, such as compelling case studies, success stories (win wires), and an engaging web presence, with the aim of driving partner channel sales and awareness. Additionally, you will actively promote partner engagement by meticulously planning and producing awareness activities, including content creation, events, and targeted campaigns. Furthermore, you will take the lead in developing comprehensive partner marketing program strategy for promoting the brand and encouraging successful partnerships.

Champion Partner Marketing Growth - Relationships and Pipeline: Maintaining positive and productive relationships with key partners is essential for success. You will proactively develop joint marketing plans that align with market trends and customer needs, fostering a collaborative approach. You will build robust internal and partner sales enablement programs for joint solutions that empowers both teams to effectively promote and sell the combined offerings. Your strategic approach will allow you to offer insightful recommendations for existing and new partner opportunities, improving their potential. Working closely with the partner business development teams, you craft quarterly partner plans that generate market awareness and drive opportunities both directly and through the channel, ensuring a cohesive and impactful go-to-market strategy.

Emphasis on Results: As a savvy marketer, you understand that a marketing strategy is only as good as the research and development that drives it and the pipeline and positive metrics it produces. You diligently evaluate the performance of programs and recommend improvements to enhance their effectiveness. Keeping a close eye on leads generated from partner events, you meticulously track and report on program performance, analyzing the sales pipeline data to ensure a positive return on investment for all marketing efforts and expenditures.

What you've done / who you are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in marketing, public relations, business management, partner management, advertising or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of writing and storytelling.
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Highly organized with attention to detail. You can plan a project without missing a beat and work independently or part of a team. Intellectually curious and unafraid to roll up your sleeves analyzing what’s working and what’s not - Not afraid to ask questions.
  • You’ve worked with multiple tech Partner types; IE: GSIs, MSPs, OEMs, Cloud Partners etc.
Optional Experience:

SFDC, Tableau, Monday.com Management Board, Graphic Design/Web Editing, Advertising experience on Linkedin, Facebook, X, and Paid Media.
