Go-to-Market Lead - Nurse (x/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for a Go-to-Market Lead Nurse to strengthen its GTM Strategy team in France and support the definition and acceleration of growth drivers for the French market in a “startup” mode, with tangible results from 2024.

You will be in charge of designing and coordinating a sustainable growth strategy on Nurses working very closely with a dedicated team from Sales, Satisfaction, Product, B2B Marketing and Public Affair. 

What you’ll do?

In a dedicated multi-disciplinary and on the field team all focused on making nurses a success in France, you will be in charge of:

  • Clarify the Product-Market-Fit for the Nurses with our existing product suite (especially care request) and with the new PRM features to come in 2024 hand-in-hand with the Product, and define clear path to have an holistic OS 
  • Clarify the pricing & packaging strategy 
  • Advice on the most relevant operational set up (sales, marketing, satisfaction) to best serve Nurses, with clear roles & responsibilities

Clarify the B2B/B2C marketing plan and leverage the right stakeholders to secure demand/offer

  • Build a deep knowledge of Nurses market (market sizing, market trends, regulation, competition, personae, typical customer journeys) and disseminate internally 
  • Know perfectly the ecosystem and be able to partner if needed
  • Monitor the beta and scale approach once usage, NPS & PMF is validated 

You will work with a dedicated team shaped in a “startup mode” to allow you to deliver quickly impact on the market: 

  • Sales: they would be your closest partner, working hand in hand in defining the right offer, testing on the field and iterating
  • Satisfaction: another key team to guarantee the success of the launch, in charge of deploying and monitoring the success and retention overtime
  • Product: from April you will be able to work with a dedicated PM to refine the best product for nurses
  • Nurses: they will be your key to define the right approach and you will literally co-build a solution with them for them
Who are you?
  • You have a strong business acumen, embody the “start small, think big” and are not afraid to fail;
  • You are super user-centric and have on the ground mindset;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills in order to federate & engage stakeholders within the company, including Top Management;
  • You can foster new ways of working, ignite a change of paradigm/culture/mindset;
  • You don’t necessarily have strong knowledge on nurses, but you should be willing to learn very fast;
  • You know our solutions and like to work on Product;
  • You are highly results/action-orientation with strong project management skills and autonomy; 
  • You are structured, analytical and fact-based;
  • You have experience in GTM, consulting firm or fast-growth environment;
