YOUR IMPACT

As a Growth Representative (m/f/d) you are the direct companion of our existing customers in their customer journey. You will help them to take their compliance management to the next level with complementary software products from the EQS portfolio. Your tasks are: 

  • You are responsible for your customer portfolio and have the goal of increasing the net revenue retention of your customers through up- and cross-selling as well as a positive expansion experience 
  • You keep track of all data about your customers and analyse the product usage, contract data and customer pulse 
  • You develop and maintain a deep understanding of your customers and their needs 
  • You qualify your customer base for growth potential and increase annual recurring revenue 
  • Your focus is on automation and scalability, which you achieve using targeted marketing campaigns, trials, in-app offers and direct sales 
  • You will work closely with the service and implementation teams as well as marketing, sales and product development 
  • The basis for your success is a high level of customer loyalty and customer satisfaction, which you achieve as a trusted advisor  
  • You prepare offers, negotiate prices and price increases and conclude contracts and contract renewals with your customers 
  • You remain flexible to develop yourself further and take on other tasks 
 

THIS IS YOU

  • Experience in a role with strong customer contact in SaaS/B2B: Sales, Account Management, Relationship/Service Management or Customer Success 
  • Experience in marketing, sales automation and/or data-driven sales processes 
  • Very good English and Danish are a must for this role. Other languages, especially Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Icelandic and Faroese are a nice-to-have
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong interest in proactively implementing new ideas and processes 
  • Sales and negotiation skills and fun in dealing with customers 
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, international and innovative environment, develop yourself and to exchange ideas in teams 
  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
