– Finance business partner to co-founders with independent management of the functions accounting, controlling, banking and finance.

• Preparation and further development of  monthly reportings to BwB founders and to the group in collaboration with an external accounting company and the inhouse  commercial teams
• Coordination and Monitoring of annual budget and forecast processes (P&L and cash) to ensure achievability and BWB contribution to the group’s growth objectives
• Preparation and monitoring of operational and strategic financial indicators to support daily business
• Cash Flow Management with strong focus on working capital and close inventories’ supervision
• Relationship Management with German auditors, local banks and Group Tax / Finance departments

• Completed studies in economics, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling 
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in a management position in the field of controlling / finance
• Experience in a consulting/auditing /investment banking company is a plus
• Fluent German and English language skills 
• Hands on mentality and a can-do attitude 
• Efficient and reliable way of working

• Strong analytical skills 
• Ability to adapt to a changing and fast-growing environment 
• Knowledge of HGB is a prerequisite, IFRS would be an advantage
