Head of Payments Solutions (Cv in English)
The Betsson Platform Team owns and operates a robust technology stack supporting 24 different brands over 30 countries. Our mission is to put customers at the heart of our business through unrivalled customer experiences. The Platform team’s challenge is to help our stakeholders achieve this in a complex, regulated environment. As Head of Payment Solutions – LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our payments infrastructure in the region supports this mission.
Responsibilities-
- Own the LATAM payments roadmap, identifying and implementing best-in-class solutions across banks, PSPs, and acquirers to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Lead end-to-end commercial engagements: from scouting new partners to negotiating contracts and managing performance.
- Act as the go-to expert for all LATAM PSP matters internally and externally. You’ll represent Betsson in discussions with partners and regulators.
- Drive cost optimization across the payments stack, ensuring processing is efficient and sustainable.
- Oversee PSP onboarding and compliance processes, maintaining high standards for KYC and internal risk controls.
- Track and respond to regulatory developments in LATAM, ensuring timely action and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Fraud, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure payments are tightly integrated and future-proof.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews, providing insight and leadership on all payment-related topics.

- A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in senior payments or account management roles, ideally within iGaming or financial services.
- Deep understanding of LATAM payment landscapes, including regulatory, technical, and commercial dimensions.
- A track record of leading negotiations and managing complex partnerships.
- Strong grasp of risk, fraud, and KYC as they relate to payments in regulated industries.
- A hands-on, results-oriented approach you’re comfortable operating independently and making high-impact decisions.
