✅The Role
As an HR Coordinator you will help the EU team ensure that the HR operations are running smoothly. You will work together with the other HR Coordinator on day-to-day operational tasks, like preparing payroll input, ensuring our HR systems are up to date, answering employees’ queries.
We’re a team of 10+ HR professionals with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, located in multiple offices throughout the globe, supporting 1500+ employees in 14 different countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Italy, UK, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, China, Australia, India and the US). On a daily basis we’re busy keeping the HR operations running smooth, as well as working on projects like implementation of the new HRIS or creation of global compensation structure – in short, ensuring that our managers and employees have all the right tools and resources to do their job efficiently.
✅Responsibilities and Duties
- Organizing and maintaining employee records
- Preparing HR documents (employment contracts, addendum and amendment letters, etc.)
- Answering employees queries about HR-related issues
- Administration in the processing of payrolls across the EU region
- Ensuring that the HR systems are up-to-date and store correct employee information
- Participation in HR-related projects
- Support in recruitment, on- and offboarding processes
✅Essential
- Experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of the EU employment laws is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Adaptability to the changing work environment and priorities
