About this role :
We are currently looking for an HR Generalist (m/w/d) - Part Time to join the awesomeness of Global Savings Group in our Bangalore office. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
Responsibilities:- Be the go-to person when it comes to employee experience for all our people in India. This includes keeping up with all administration (vacation, sick leave, special leave, pregnancy, benefits…) across the employee lifecycle from on- to offboarding.
- Be in charge with HR paperwork and ensure we are compliant with local legislation (contracts, amendments, reference letters, confirmations,)
- Ensure its accuracy by managing the data in our HRIS
- Manage and support visa processes with our external provider
- Support payroll and be sparring partner to our external payroll partner
- Support on Global HR and HRIS projects for continuous improvement of the employee experience
- At least 3 year of relevant work experience in a generalist HR / people operation role, preferably in the Start-up world
- Good knowledge of all HR administration areas and the Indian labor law
- Organisational talent and a cool head in stressful situations
- High interest for automation and standardisation
- An outgoing personality who likes to support others
- Strong communication skills and an accurate, independent way of working
- Fluency in written and spoken English
