The Inside Sales Representative will drive sales and expand our customer base by engaging with potential customers and promoting the value of the Guardian Gen 3 product. 

About the opportunity:

  • Developing New Sales Opportunities: Initiate outbound sales through cold emails, calls, and follow-ups, using personalized and creative strategies to engage prospects and identify decision-makers.
  • Lead Research & Qualification: Research and identify potential leads through channels like social media, industry publications, and networking events. 
  • Customer Communication & Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities. Build long-term relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and high-quality interactions. 
  • Product/Service Demonstrations & Education: Explain and demonstrate how the Seeing Machines products or services meet customer needs, showcasing the value propositions of our offerings, highlighting how they can address the specific challenges of potential clients.
  • Tracking Activities in CRM (HubSpot): Track all sales activities and interactions in HubSpot CRM, keeping records of prospects, leads, and opportunities up to date to streamline follow-ups and reporting. 
  • Product and Competitor Knowledge: Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry practices to identify opportunities for differentiation. Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on product changes, promotions, and sales processes.

About you:

  • Proven demonstrated experience in a client facing sales or account management role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts and percentages Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global perspective.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven track record of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
