Our Direct Sales team in the US is looking for a tech-savvy salesperson who is tenacious at finding solutions that will delight our customers. If you enjoy interfacing with clients, understanding and solving their needs, and being the best at what you do, join our team as a Inside Sales Specialist in Milwaukee! We are looking for talented, goal-driven professionals who will be responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers, creating and utilizing outreach strategies, and identifying and closing sales opportunities.

In this role you will be:

  • Proactively talking on the phone with prospects and existing customers
  • Using your customer focus skills to identify sales leads
  • Following up on inbound sales inquiries (phone and email)
  • Giving customers an amazing experience with the goal of increasing their product usage
  • Understanding customer demand and effectively, proactively selling additive manufacturing solutions
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as assessing up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing and future accounts
  • Engaging in additional outbound sales activities
  • Driving sales with a solution-oriented approach
  • Organizing regular customer meetings to ensure customer delight and sales growth
  • Collaborating with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
  • Attending trade shows and hosting customer events
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback

About You:

  • Native English speaker (for US only)
  • Technical or business degree (with 1-2 years B2B experience preferred, but not required)
  • Naturally curious and passionate about a wide variety of topics
  • A relationship builder and are customer focused
  • Driven for results
  • Able to work independently but enjoy and thrive in a team environment
  • Have the ability to handle rejection, learn, and adapt
