SHAPE THE FUTURE OF PRIVACY WITH USERCENTRICS

We are looking at short notice for a Senior / Lead UX Designer who will play a central role in the way we build and optimize the websites, ensuring core flows, landing pages and features are valuable for the visitors, easy to use and of the highest quality of craft. You will work together with the Marketing team (WebDev, Comms, Acquisition & Conversion) and other stakeholders to create a straightforward, clear journey for website visitors, focusing on customer experience and customer acquisition. Please submit a portfolio to showcase your work across international markets, languages and cultures with your application.

Your Tasks

  • Define and design user flows and experiences that simplify and ease complex content as well as actions into usable interfaces
  • Lead and deliver UX or design projects of larger scope within the Marketing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website conversion and user experience
  • Conduct user research, interpret data and create user stories and personas
  • Create prototypes, wireframes and conduct usability testing 
  • Lead a partnership with developers, marketers and sales to oversee the user experience of a website or feature from conception to launch
  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful valuable asset for WebDev and Marketing 
  • Contribute to the future representation of Usercentrics' products
  • Give and solicit feedback from Product Designers (no reporting) and a broader web development and marketing team in order to continually raise our bar for quality
  • Handle a complex ecosystem - understand the B2B and B2C dynamics

You Bring

  • 12+years of UX design experience with knowledge of defining what an experience should look like based on understanding website visitors' needs, behavioral data, and the business priorities
  • 12+ years of proven expertise in defining, designing, measuring the success, and iteratively optimizing user flows within the context of product led growth, to drive in-product conversion and retention
  • 12+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography
  • Experience representing work to a broader team and other leaders, clearly articulating the goals and concept
  • Aesthetic sense and knowledge of the impact of the above elements in a website user flow
  • Excellent knowledge of web development disciplines
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills 
  • Fluency in English
