Your TasksDesign user flows and experiences for our websites to optimize user engagement.
Deliver UX and UI design projects within the Marketing team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website conversion and user experience.
Build and maintain design systems.
Define, design, and measure new user flows with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
Conduct user research, interpret data, and create user stories and personas.
Create prototypes, wireframes, and conduct usability testing.
Work in partnership with developers, marketers, and sales to oversee website and feature user experiences.
Demonstrate excellence as a collaborative team member, utilizing extensive experience and strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication within a diverse and dynamic group.
Uphold a positive and considerate demeanor while maintaining a keen awareness of one's role and responsibilities within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of UX and UI design experience with an end-to-end user flow focus
Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, typography, and UI
Familiar working with developers
Proven experience working on and maintaining design systems
Creative thinker with a conversion optimization mindset
Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience shaping UX/UI for B2B websites in international markets
Demonstrable end-to-end design process across multiple projects
Having an extensive portfolio showcasing work across languages and cultures
