  • Strategy: You think strategically and systematically, defining UI and UX details within a coherent theme, while keeping the organizational big picture of potential new use cases and developments in a multi-product and -platform environment in mind
  • Frameworks: You define underlying frameworks for the design system, execute UI components and UX patterns, accept or carry out usability tests to validate your solutions
  • Quality: You design, document, and implement design components and UX patterns maintaining the highest standards of quality
  • Feedback: You proactively engage with Product Management, Research, and Development teams to get feedback and optimize the experience across different touch points and platforms
  • Personas: You define personas, create user journey maps and flows, and conduct user testing
  • Collaboration: You collaborate with stakeholders and users to identify product requirements and turn them into customer-focused experience design
  • Ideation: You generate ideas in close collaboration and workshops with the cross-functional product teams from concept over wireframes, prototypes and user testing

Your fitness level

  • Professional Experience: You have 4+ years of experience as a UI Designer, with deep expertise in systems design, visual principles, UX and able to translate that to holistic UX pattern
  • Tools: You are conversant with tools like: Miro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Research: You have extensive knowledge of user research methods (both qualitative and quantitative) and experience in testing prototypes
  • Problem Solver: You keep a cool head at all times, resolve complex queries and solve any problem with attention to detail
  • Intuition: You have a good intuition for people and you are able to influence, communicate and defend design decisions
  • Workshops: You have experience in running / facilitating workshops like Design Sprints or other discovery method based workshops
  • Languages: You are fluent in speaking and writing German and English

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Product Familiarity: You gained a holistic understanding of the entire EGYM ecosystem, its products, and their connections
  • Relationships: You build a strong connection and routines with your team and direct stakeholders
  • Product Vision: You are breathing our long-term and short-term product vision and understood how our product lines feed into it
