Your Tasks

  • Define and design user flows and experiences that simplify and ease complex content as well as actions into usable interfaces
  • Work on the UI, including wireframing, prototyping and delivering the final user experience in Figma
  • Partner with Product Managers, Tech Leads and developers, to oversee the user experience of new solutions or features from conception to launch
  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful valuable asset for the product development team 
  • Contribute to the future representation of Usercentrics' products 
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user needs

You Bring

  • 5+ years of UX design experience with knowledge of defining what an experience should look like both on web and mobile
  • 5+ years of proven expertise in defining, designing, measuring the success, and iteratively optimizing user flows within the context of product led growth, to drive in-product conversion and retention
  • 5+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, web and mobile UIs, color, layout, iconography
  • Capability to handle a complex ecosystem - experience with B2B SaaS 
  • Aesthetic sense and knowledge of the impact of the above elements on mobile and desktop
  • Experience representing work to a broader team and other leaders, clearly articulating the goals and concept
  • Fluency in English 
  • Experience of working with multiple product teams 
  • Experience in working on discovery processes alongside the product and tech team
  • Excellent ability to shape user experience (UX) of SaaS B2B platforms that operate in international markets/ languages/ cultures 
  • Demonstrable experience showcasing end-to-end design process across multiple projects and experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company while driving collaboration
