YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious QCommerce trainee. Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing Startups in Europe? Do you want to contribute building a an startup within Glovo that will disrupt the On-demand market?

THE JOURNEY

  • Work on standardizing  continuous reporting towards partners
  • Implement in-store incentive for selected partner's stores and track it on weekly level
  • Coordinate with other teams ( OPS, Brands Ads, Finance) on daily tasks and checks 
  • Follow up on promotions and analyze effects of implemented marketing activities
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
  • This would be a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with a possibility of extension.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to new issues).
  • Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills are a must.
  • You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented. You are obsessed with making things happen!
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize & multitask and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
