The role:

As our Key Account Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of FirstVet. We understand that our business thrives on the strength of our partnership relationships. Your ability to forge and maintain lasting connections will be instrumental in our continued growth.

You’ll need to see the big picture to excel in this role. You must have a unique ability to understand and align with our partners' perspectives, as well as bringing your own opinions, the veterinary perspective and the product development ideas. You're the bridge that connects the dots. You'll be responsible for selling the compelling vision of FirstVet to our partners. Your capacity to convey the potential and possibilities will be your superpower.

Your responsibilities:
  • Identify and drive business development opportunities with our partners to help FirstVet achieve its growth objectives
  • Have the overall strategic responsibility for our partnerships from a commercial, operative and product perspective
  • Support the partner onboarding and relationship management process
  • Build relationships with our partners’ marketing teams to work on joint campaigns and initiatives to drive partner customer engagement
  • Look for new opportunities with our existing and new partners
The person we're looking for:

You love pets, you’re prepared to talk to people about their pets, and you’re prepared to pet other peoples’ pets. You love talking to people, running meetings, and doing some good old PowerPoint and emails.

On the softer side, building trust is your forte; you’ll demonstrate it through your actions and words. You have an interest in sales and key account management. You thrive on building relationships. Selling isn't just a skill, it's a natural talent you possess.

Fluent communication in English is essential, and knowledge of German or any Nordic language is a definite plus.

Desired qualifications:
  • Have an interest or experience in sales and or key account management
  • Have a relevant academic degree
  • Ability to proactively navigate and prioritise among projects
  • Enjoy working with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organisation
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and are confident in presenting your ideas
  • Have an innovative, creative and commercial mindset
  • Enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals, managing multiple stakeholders to build consensus across different types of parties
