We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Junior Property Manager to join our team in Berlin where you will play a crucial role in the management of our property portfolio in Germany. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including overseeing properties, maintaining positive relationships with tenants and landlords, managing finances, and ensuring operational efficiency. Your Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management:
  • Oversee a designated portfolio of properties in Germany.
  • Manage all aspects of the assigned assets, ensuring comprehensive 360° Property Management.
• Maintenance and Inspections:
  • Inspect properties regularly and coordinate maintenance activities to meet Habyt’s standards.
• Tenant and Landlord Relations:
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with tenants and landlords through effective account management.
  • Negotiate lease extensions with landlords in a timely and reliable manner.
• Financial Management:
  • Collect accounts receivables and handle operating expenses efficiently.
  • Develop and manage quarterly/annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.
  • Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance for our own portfolio.
• Personnel Management:
  • Oversee properties’ personnel and assess their performance to ensure operational excellence.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency:
  • Professional fluency in both German and English is essential for effective communication with tenants, landlords, and team members.
• Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of residential and commercial tenancy law and property management principles.
• Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting processes.
• Work Ethic:
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
