We’re now looking to onboard a Recipe Developer to join us at offices in the heart of Dublin as we scale our presence in the Irish market. 

• Create, cost, write and cook delicious recipes to feature in our weekly menus
• Oversee our recipe pool, working closely with the Product and Editorial teams to ensure our recipes are accurate and are meeting our customers’ needs
• Use customer feedback to drive recipe development and improvement, continuously learning about our customers and what makes them happy
• Collaborate with the Culinary team, providing insight and recommendations to ensure our recipes are of the highest standard
• Play an integral role in the selection of ingredients to be used in our recipes, participating in tasting panels and ingredient testing

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef/recipe developer
• Passion for food and the world of recipe design and innovation
• Demonstrable knowledge of nutrition and its importance in recipe creation
• You are able to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to be part of a dynamic team where the learning never stops
• You have excellent administrative management and IT competencies, with a keen eye for detail
• Finally, you have a minimum qualification / diploma in a food-related field, or any degree and cooking experience in a food organisation
