Your mission:

Want to disrupt the international energy trading market, and redefine how energy traders work?

Join our Sales team and be responsible for the continuous success of our customers in the DACH region. The (Junior) Sales Support Manager is a vital role within our software marketplace, providing essential support to the sales team to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. 

This position is responsible for handling inquiries about software solutions, supporting prospecting efforts, conducting market research, and resolving any issues that may arise.

We, as a commercial team, see the successful use of our marketplace as our number one priority. Our ambition is to create a thriving community of traders. 

What you'll do:
  • Customer Support:
    • Manage incoming support tickets
    • Provide initial troubleshooting and resolution
    • Escalate complex issues to advanced support teams
    • Maintain clear communication with users
    • Update knowledge base with new solutions
  • Sales Research and Prospecting:
    • Identify potential clients using web resources and CRM
    • Assess prospect fit with our solution
    • Locate key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Lead Management:
    • Evaluate and pre-qualify inbound leads
    • Distribute leads to appropriate sales team members
    • Track lead progression
    • Nurture leads identified as future potential

Who you are:

  • Initial experience in sales, customer service, customer success, or similar roles, ideally within the energy or technology sectors.
  • Fluent in both German and English; proficiency in additional DACH region languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach and keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the energy sector, SaaS, or software solutions is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other research tools.
