What you'll do in this position:As a Junior Talent Acquisition, you'll play a crucial role in shaping SumUp's success by sourcing and selecting top talent to join our global team. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for SumUp
  • Managing the candidate pipeline and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Assisting with the coordination of interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and candidate experience

 You will be a great fit for this position if you have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Advanced English
