YOUR IMPACT

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the company's key clients. Your goal is to understand their needs, anticipate their challenges, and ensure they receive exceptional service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the long-term partnership with key accounts.  

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company. Ensure effective communication and timely responses to inquiries, system adjustment wishes or concerns. 
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with the client's goals and the company's objectives. These plans should include revenue growth strategies, customer satisfaction initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the client relationship. Find solutions that benefit both the client and the company. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to key clients. 
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, and agreements with key clients, ensuring compliance and adherence to terms. 
  • Collect feedback from key clients and use it to improve products, services, and the overall client experience. 
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on key account performance, including revenue, sales forecasts, and client satisfaction metrics. 

THIS IS YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Master's degree preferred). 
  • Proven experience in customer facing positions such as Customer Success Management, Relationship Management, key account management or sales. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends. 
  • Results-oriented and goal-driven. 
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. 
  • Adaptability to changing client needs and market dynamics. 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; other language skills, especially French and Spanish are a plus
