As our Knowledge Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all knowledge-related activities, including the management, capturing, sharing and accessibility of knowledge assets. You are required to work alongside stakeholders, internal and external, to promote and optimize the usage of the organization's knowledge assets. You are an expert communicator,  a seasoned information architect, and master in organization and distribution. You will ensure that knowledge about internal processes and our product is managed and distributed effectively and efficiently within the Customer Experience department. In addition, you will support our Educational Content team in the creation and analysis of customer information materials.

  • You are responsible for the content and optimization of the internal knowledge base of the Customer Experience department (in Confluence as well as other linked knowledge systems).

  • You are the driving force behind the adoption of our internal knowledge and documentation systems, and develop strategies to drive these metrics.

  • You define the knowledge management strategy for our knowledge base and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill levels.

  • You work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, change management, service teams, trainers and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services.

  • You establish writing guidelines based on best practices and enable the team of content developers and contributors to achieve or surpass them.

  • You identify and analyze data and take action on it to streamline processes, increase adoption of content, and optimize the value and relevance of the content.

  • You support our internal and external training departments by coordinating our content developers’ efforts to complement training offerings.

  • You will support the Customer Education Team in analyzing and developing channel-specific performance KPI reporting.

What you need to succeed

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in knowledge management.

  • You are confident in using knowledge management systems, preferably with experience in Confluence administration. 

  • You have proven experience in growing Knowledge Base adoption and increased usage, and ideally you have created or participated in an KB adoption plan.

  • You are adept at stakeholder management and thrive in a changing environment where decisions have to be made quickly.

  • You have experience in optimizing internal knowledge documentation (both in terms of content and structure as well as search efficiency) as well as in developing and pursuing adequate strategies.

  • You are technically proficient and confident in working with a complex system environment.

  • You have experience in information architecture and ideally in change management.

  • You have content management, technology and data fluency

  • You have business planning, industry knowledge, strategic thinking and leadership skills. Experience in SaaS would be a plus.

  • You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English as well as strong linguistic and grammatical skills.

  • You are structured, self-organized and have a strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.
