As the first company-wide leadership recruiter, you will have the ability to set a clear foundation for how we identify, attract and engage with our leadership hires. You will work closely with the executive team, senior leadership, our investors and the broader external market to ensure that Personio can be seen as an employer of choice. 

Role Responsibilities: What you’ll do

• Full-cycle recruiting: manage the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership positions across Personio.

• Partnering with senior leadership: collaborate with executive leadership to define a consistent approach to leadership hiring at Personio. Support on key decisions around talent management, succession planning and organizational design.

• Market insights: stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions and competitor intelligence in order to strategically guide our leadership team on key talent decisions. 

• Candidate experience: provide a world-class experience to all candidates throughout the process, enhancing our employer brand across the industry

• Diversity, equity and inclusion: implement strategies to ensure DE&I is promoted through all aspects of our leadership hiring processes. 

• Data-driven approach: Use data and metrics to analyze recruitment processes. Identify key insights to influence necessary changes across our end to end hiring process. 

• Team leadership: coach and mentor team members across other TA teams on best in class recruiting practices, in areas such as candidate assessment, offer negotiation or stakeholder management.

• External partnerships: identify key external partners to work closely with on select searches or initiatives. 

• Proven experience in executive and senior leadership recruitment. Preferred experience in technology businesses across both search firms and in-house roles.

• Strong understanding of leadership hires across multiple disciplines

• Experience with global organizations, with a particular focus on US and European talent pools

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders on key topics

• Demonstrated ability to manage end to end hiring, including sourcing and running searches independently

• High level of business acumen. An understanding of key business decisions and effective prioritization to drive intended outcomes is a must.
