About nilo.health

nilo.health is the mental well-being support for the entire workforce. Our platform empowers employees with 1-on-1 counseling sessions and evidence-based digital tools to proactively improve their mental well-being. We are a B2B provider - our customers' employees are the users of our platform.

How mental health is perceived needs to change. Our goal is to break down barriers to mental health support and empower people to proactively work on their mental well-being. One integral part of making that happen is our global network of the best trained psychotherapists, counselors and coaches - our nilo.experts. 

Your profile:

• You have 15+ years of professional experience

• Additionally, you have 10+ years of coaching experience and 5+ years of experience in leadership positions

• Long standing experience coaching leaders / executive managers

• You hold a completed accredited Coaching Certification

• You present yourself professionally and are self-assured in your demeanor & appearance

• You can offer at least 5 hours of availability per week for collaborating with us

• You speak native level German

Your job:

• Online coaching sessions with high-level executives and ambitious leaders. Each session is 45 minutes and is hosted through our platform.

• Provide guidance and support to individuals with extensive professional backgrounds and high expectations. Identify the needs of clients and offer individualized solutions to improve their mental well-being, as well as empower clients to achieve organizational transformation and build stronger teams.

• Our focus clearly emphasizes prevention and providing clients with the tools necessary to work proactively on their and their team's mental health and well-being.
