Position Overview:

 

As the Order Operations Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. You will lead a team of order management professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of order management professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

  • Order Processing: Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

  • Contract Review: Utilize your experience in reviewing contracts to ensure order accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • System Proficiency: Utilize Salesforce and NetSuite or similar order management systems to manage orders, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve order management processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, customer support, and other departments to resolve order-related issues and drive seamless customer experiences.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience is required for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a SaaS company is strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite or similar order management systems.

  • Experience in reviewing contracts and ensuring order compliance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
