Your team will follow a solution-oriented, customer-centric sales approach, guiding our customers through renewals & actively identifying upsell opportunities for our ever growing product suite – all with a focus on our products' values. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • You ensure your team (up to 8 Growth Managers) is set up to achieve stretch targets.
  • You own your team’s retention and upsell strategy and execution across our core market with a focus on driving incremental revenue and achieving company-wide business goals.
  • Develop and implement MRR expansion measures to achieve your sales targets.
  • Regular feedback on sales calls and coaching on prospecting, objection handling, negotiation and other sales skills.
  • Enable your team to create a strong pipeline through regular pipe reviews.
  • Data-driven analyses and weekly forecasting.
  • You work cross-functionally with teams within Customer Experience, Finance and Sales departments.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Languages: You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken German and English skills. 
  • Leadership experience: Min. 1-2 years of leadership experience in a sales or after sales role, preferably in a B2B software environment.
  • Sales experience: You have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a software environment. 
  • Planning & Organising: You set clear goals and give strategic direction, ensuring your team is set up for success. 
  • Thrive in Ambiguity: You have a solutions over problems mindset and are not afraid to change course if needed.
  • Customer focus: You possess a strong customer and service orientation.
  • Entrepreneur: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and develop solutions together with your team to create true added value for our customers.
