- Conduct holistic funnel analysis to optimize the transition of leads to opportunities.
- Transform complex data sets into actionable insights using analytical, visualization, and data tools such as Tableau, Excel, Python, R, MySQL, etc. Create queries, views, reports, and easy-to-consumption dashboards/visualizations.
- Synthesize data from diverse sources to construct targeted lists that drive campaign success.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop personalization strategies and advance targeting techniques.
- Champion data-driven decisions in marketing investment and resource allocation.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing analytics role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or marketing/communications with an analytical focus.
- Experience with Python/R or SAS for blending and analyzing complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to use SQL for complex data queries and familiarity with other data analysis tools.
- A proven history of improving marketing campaign performance through insightful analyses.
- Evidence of strong communication skills and the effective use of data visualizations in tools such as Tableau, R, or Domo.
