Marketing Manager - Latvian Speaking

The main goal of the Marketing Manager will be creating and coordinating marketing actions with our 360 marketing team and external partners. Marketing Manager will be the point of contact for our partners and maintain the day to day dialogue with them to make sure we get the best visibility, promotions and placements. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating marketing planning in collaboration with the local and central teams and ensuring strong local adaptations of a multi-brand portfolio strategy.
- Analysing strategy across the market and brands, analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimising accordingly.
- Providing structured input into brand strategy and creative development for the market.
- Structuring best practice thinking and ensuring knowledge integration into local market planning.
- Ensuring high quality and 360-approach in execution of marketing plans by brand.
- Owning marketing operations communication with different stakeholders including but not limited to design, AdOps and commercial team.
- Working closely with the creative & local media teams both internally and externally and acting as first point of contact for the market and assisting in the contractual work required to onboard such suppliers, tracking implementation and troubleshooting.
- Supporting with projects related to sponsorship, activations, influencers as per the local needs.
- Ability to read various data sources.
- Out of the box thinking to differentiate from the competition.
- Full control of marketing budget (planning, execution, efficiencies, reporting) and performance KPIs.
You are good at:
- The ideal candidate should hold 4-5 years experience within a similar role
- Experience in managing budget, contracts, and suppliers
- Experience in both online and retail business
- Knowledge of all the marketing channels from TV to online, proven experience in managing marketing planning and campaigns
- Knowledge of Content marketing, proven track record in social or unconventional marketing campaign is a plus
- Creative mind-set and ability to read data and analytics
- Knowledge of the Latvian market, up-do-date about cultural and social trends, technology, and innovation
- Must be fluent in English and Latvian
