About this role : 

We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Country Launcher - Italian Market in Madrid to help our Management team to launch our cashback platform in the Italian Market. 

As a Marketing Manager / Country Launcher, you will play a central role in establishing and growing Global Savings Group's presence in Italy. You will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and local operations for the successful launch of our brand iGraal in a new market. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the pre and post launch operations in the market  (Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Support)
  • Work closely with our product team and provide constant feedback to support the development of the platform
  • Support the local commercial team to drive the local business and maintain long standing partnerships with our main stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to understand the local business environment, competition, and customers
  • Establish appropriate, well maintained reporting and documentation
Your Profile : 
  • Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Business, Marketing
  • Applicant with a solid foundation in B2C Marketing is essential
  • Fluent Italian and English. Other languages would be a plus
  • 2-3 years of work experience, including at least 2 years experience in the Digital Marketing industry 
  • First experience in a project management role would be a plus
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to bring structure to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office
