Your expertise will ensure our marketing tech stack runs smoothly, allowing our team to launch effective campaigns and make data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with a supportive senior team member and collaborate across departments to identify opportunities and solve real problems. Your work will directly impact our growth and success, making you a vital part of our journey.   How You’ll Find Success You’ll know you’re doing an excellent job when you are proactively optimizing our marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations, and maintaining high data accuracy. We expect that within your first year, you will have significantly improved the efficiency of our lead management processes and established robust data management practices. Your initiative in identifying and implementing the best tools and technologies will be crucial. You will be excited to work collaboratively with your senior team member, leveraging their expertise while also bringing new ideas to the table. Your knack for clear communication and problem-solving will make you the go-to person for resolving tech stack issues and optimizing workflows. Ultimately, you’ll help ensure our marketing operations run like a well-oiled machine, enabling our team to focus on strategic goals.   How You’ll Grow In this role, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience with cutting-edge marketing technologies and platforms. You'll work closely with the rest of the Marketing Technology & Insights team, gaining insights and expertise that will help you advance your career. Your contributions to optimizing processes and data management will make you a vital part of the team, paving the way for future leadership opportunities.   Things You’ll Do
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy. This includes developing processes for data enrichment, cleansing, and segmentation.
  • Standardize data management practices, including developing a comprehensive data management policy
  • Implement processes and policies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of lead, account, campaign, offer, and channel data.
  • Manage and maintain the connection between Salesforce.com and Marketo—ensuring high data quality, expedited lead flow, and campaign tracking.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Partner closely with our Campaign Operations team on Marketo template and lead flow optimizations
  • Create, maintain and own the documentation of our data systems and global operations processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, sales and sales operations to determine and evolve marketing automation best practices.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing operations role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Marketo Certified Expert preferred, but not required
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of email compliance best practices (CASL, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
