Nutrition Ops Coordinator
For Factor Europe, we are looking for a Nutrition Ops Coordinator to collaborate with our product and culinary teams as we grow the product footprint. The Nutrition Ops Coordinator will work closely with the product development team to provide nutritional input on meals and ingredients during the development process, coordinate meal content across multiple teams, and support on menu creation.
We are looking for a registered dietitian who is passionate about nutrition and health who also has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and is comfortable working in a dynamic role owning multiple diverse processes.
What you’ll do- Be responsible for helping us evolve how people view “healthy” food by working with our product and culinary team on nutrition strategy implementation for product development
- Leverage your knowledge on nutrition principles to:
- Review nutrition facts of new and existing meals and ingredients for nutrition policy and regulatory adherence
- Provide nutritional advice on development and improvement of meals and ingredients
- Help build guidelines and processes (e.g. on nutrition review, recipe development and testing, menu planning, customer consults, etc)
- Perform nutritional analyses to inform product initiatives
- Cross-team initiatives, working with and offering support to marketing, PR, procurement. Identifying nutrition education opportunities for other teams and contribute to team learning
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to request and update meal data and maintain meal database
- Track process timelines to ensure meal content is created on time
- Submit briefs for photo and content needs for new and reworked meals
- Maintain meal database and content folders with all updated and accurate information
- Build new meals and menus for our websites
- Self-motivated, driven and able to effectively work both independently and in a team environment

- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing projects and activities
- Able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or similar qualifications
- Registered dietitian - BIG registration
- 2+ years experience in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of of key dietary lifestyles such as the Ketogenic Diet, low/slow carb diet, and vegan and vegetarian diets
- Knowledge of the most recent dietary regulations and advice from the Voedingscentrum
- A passion for staying up to speed on the most current research on the science of nutrition
