About The Team:

We are evolving our Workforce Staffing team, creating a department to harmonise and focus on the way we manage our agencies, onboarding and compliance processes across our distribution centers. Our team will coordinate, onboard and manage new ways of working, while playing an important part in our success of the Workforce Staffing function.

As a Onboarding Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting the team in delivering a great candidate experience, ensuring all steps of the process are followed and that we get things done right first time.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Working closely with a variety of teams across the business to coordinate compliance processes, ensuring they run smoothly and each department is informed and updated in a timely manner.
  • You will support the creation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures, as necessary, in line with changes in laws, rules, regulatory guidance, and industry best practice. 
  • Support the teams throughout the recruitment process to ensure all candidates are fully compliant and have the relevant pre-employment checks required.  
  • You will support the performance and development of our third party suppliers and adherence to SLA’s set within the contract.

Who You Are:

  • Workday expereince is desirable but not essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous customer service or administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills when speaking with candidates over the phone or via email
  • The ability to organise and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Location: Your base location will be - HelloFresh, 1 Holme Lane, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7HW, however travel will be required on a monthly basis to one of our other DC's if/when needed; HelloFresh, Bermuda Industrial Estate, 1 St Georges Way, Nuneaton, CV10 7JS or HelloFresh, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
