Together, we partner with the business to ensure every member of the customer-facing organization has the skills, knowledge, process awareness, and content to maximize every customer and prospect interaction in the most impactful way. We strive to set the standard for enabling revenue-generating teams and are excited for you to join us on this growth journey!In your role, you will train sellers during onboarding on sales skills, provide tool and process knowledge, and you will be the go-to person for new hires to ensure a successful ramp. 

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Facilitation - You facilitate onboarding sessions by focusing on, for example, the sales process, target markets, Personio value propositions, customer personas, and buyer behavior to equip the sales team with the essential knowledge and skills needed for success.
  • Learning material creation - You create learner-centric material and resources to foster effectiveness in Onboarding and enable a short ramp time for sellers.
  • Subject matter expert - You serve as a trusted advisor for new hires, guiding them on sales excellence and Personio topics. 
  • Collaboration - You collaborate with the Onboarding program owner, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles. 
  • Evaluation - You collect feedback from new hires and leaders and identify any challenges to provide support as needed
  • Success measurement - You observe sales success metrics to constantly improve the onboarding program and drive high performance in the field.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Track Record - You have a proven track record of 2+ years in sales field roles and 2-3 years in a sales training role in a SaaS or B2B/B2C environment.
  • Subject Matter Expertise - You have extensive knowledge of industry sales techniques and processes. 
  • Facilitation - You have excellent presentation, moderation, and communication skills that help you engage the sales new hires throughout your sessions 
  • Build Relationships - You demonstrate very good interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders at multiple levels, from ICs to Senior Management, and ensure a shared understanding of goals and expectations.
  • Adaptability - You remain flexible and resilient while reacting to unanticipated challenges, changes, or changing requirements 
  • Learning material creation - You apply adult learning theory and an eye for detail to ensure high quality and a learner-centric approach.
  • Execution - You can work at speed, balancing your focus across multiple areas, and are unafraid to fail with a solid capacity to learn from experience and progress forward
  • Communication - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely with audiences of all seniorities (EN essential, German an advantage) .
