What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and support Lean Six Sigma green belt projects to execute identified opportunities. Proactively update key stakeholders at all levels of the business on project progress and identified risks/escalations.
• Using lean methods and structured problem solving to identify opportunities and facilitate improvement within the business.
• Design, monitor and report on project related KPIs, whilst adapting and implementing KPIs appropriately to achieve business goals.
• Continuously improve existing standards and processes to drive operational excellence. Ensure all process documentation created follows defined standards.
• Collaborate internally, cross-functionally and internationally, at all levels, to identify and resolve issues, share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Identify key stakeholders, build and maintain strong working relationships to support project delivery.
• Coach and support individuals and departments in tools such as lean, problem solving and performance management to drive best practice.
• Ensure that all operational processes support the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.

Who You Are:

• You have significant experience in production optimisation activities, being able to demonstrate:
• Preferably Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified
• You take ownership of your projects and pride yourself on the quality of delivery
• Collaborating with others and continuously challenging the status quo comes naturally to you
• Preferably have knowledge of World Class Manufacturing/Shingo methodologies

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
